Focus on Ministries

On Sunday, October 14th, we will be sharing ministry opportunities to serve.  Jesus told the Apostles, "Whoever would be great among you must be your servant."  Tremendous growth happens when a follower steps up to serve.  On October 14th we will offer opportunities to step into minsitry.  If you would like to know more today, please ask Pastor Tim or Pastor Doug.

EFCA Multiplication Sunday

October 7th is Church Multiplication Sunday, a day we are committing to pray for increased fruitfulness in the multiplication of EFCA churches throughout the United States and beyond.  As God continues to show His faithfulness to the EFCA, we want to humbly go before Him in prayerful dependence for the future of our movement.

Pastor David Santos and Hispanic Ministry Commissioning

On Sunday, September 23rd, we will have the commissioning of Pastor David Santos and the Hispanic Ministry during our Worship Service.  Pastor David will present the message in Spanish and then it will be translated into English.  Please join us for a meal and fellowship following the Service.

Celebration of Life Service

A community wide-celebration of Life Service in recognition of Pregancy and infant Loss Awareness Day has been set for Sunday, October 14th, at 5:00 PM at BB-EFC.  Anyone who is interested in participating in the service by sharing testimony or special music may contact Leah Peterson or Pastor Tim.  Please share this information with anyone you feel would like to attend.

Broken Bow MOPS

What is MOPS?  Moms of kids 0-Kindergarten.  Come for:  Conversation, Food, Crafts and Free Child Care.  They meet every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Broken Bow Evangelical Free Church.  Contact Emily 308-215-8092 for more information.

Friends of Homeward Trail Bible Camp

Helpers are needed during Junk Jaunt on September 27th, 28th, and 29th, at the Dale Zoerb Farm.  How you can help: dotate items for them to sell, setting up and pricing, loaning tables for displaying items, moving stored items to the shop, and working on the days of the sale.  They are doing this to help Cole Leach, Director of HTBC, finish one more of his many projects for the camp.  Please contact one of the following if you can help in any way:  Don White 308-750-6369, Janet Spencer 308-383-5640, Linda Zoerb 308-870-0436, or Barbara Shepardson 308-732-3344.

Celebrate Recovery

Come join us on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Challenge Center.  Recovery addresses all types of habits, hurts, and hang-ups.  Some recovery groups only focus on substance issues...Recovery covers a wide umbrella of issues.  Recovery focuses on the simple most important fact of healling:  recovering the right relationship with Jesus Christ!  Everything in Celebrate Recovery emphasizes spiritual commitment to Jesus Christ!  If you have questions please call Pastor Tim at the church.
